Abstract
Crimean-Congo Haemorrhagic Fever (CCHF) is a viral haemorrhagic fever of the Nairovirus group and belongs to Bunaviridea family. The disease was seen either in animal and human in many part of the world. This review article explains the situation of the disease and pattern of infection. Although primarily a zoonosis, sporadic cases and outbreaks of CCHF affecting humans do occur. A few cases also were seen among health worker as nosocomial infection.
