Abstract
An alternative green and new method was proposed for preparing Nb2O5 nanoparticles (NPs). The nano-sized particles were characterized using FT-IR, XRD, EDX, SEM and VSM techniques. The best sample in terms of dimensions was 50-70 nm in size. In order to investigate its electrochemical application, it was used to detect uric acid and CV, DPV and EIS techniques were applied for this purpose. Detection limit 3 mu M was achieved using this method for of uric acid.
